Returns
Due to the nature of our products (food and confectionery items), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once products have been shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
